SOCKET MACHINE FOR STRUCTURED WALL PIPE
This complete set of equipment is used for socketing and belling on structured wall pipes such as PE spiral pipes, plastic steel spiral drain pipes, reinforced PE corrugated pipes.
This resolves the problems caused by flexible connection, it is a more reliable connection way without any leakage, also it's a fast connection way and easier installation, and greatly reduces installation cost.
This equipment adopts extrusion + injection method, after spiral pipes offline, one or two extruders are used, equipped with suitable molds, which can quickly ensures the sockets and bellings finished well.

Этот полный комплект оборудования используется для изготовления сокета и раструба на дренажных полимерных трубах со структурированной стенкой, таких как PE спиральновитые трубы, гофрированные армированные трубы. Это решает проблему, вызванную гибким соединением, это более надежный способ соединения без утечки, также осуществует  быстрое соединение и простоту установки, и значительно снижает расходны на их монтаж. Используя метод экструзии +литьевого формования, после изготовления труб со структурированной стенкой с помощью одного или двух экструдеров, оснащенных подходящими формами можно быстро выполнить хорошее изготовление сокета и раструба на трубах. 

It is used for injection molding of socket or electric fusion joint of steel belt reinforced pipe, hollow wall pipe, inner rib pipe, carat pipe and other plastic drainage pipes. The whole system covers sizes from DN200 to DN1200. The standard model has the characteristices of compact structure, high efficiency and energy saving. It adopts the principle of high pressure and quick injection to quickly fill the cavity, which is more suitable for PE/PP adhesive with low FMI. Under the premise of ensuring the ring stiffness, the wall thickness can be effectively reduced and lighten product weight. 

There are many ways to connect municipal plastic drainage pipe. The long term practical application have proced thar, no matter from manufacture or construction convenience, the high-speed and pressre injeciton-mold socket has obvious advantage over other methods. 

PE and PP over-molding socketing machine is suitable for the most of drainage pipes in the market. With one high volume injection unit, only by change the molds, the machine can achieve difference sizes of socket and spigots. A machine will multi-usage can reduce investment and reduce the cost of post processing.

Technical documentation

All symbols on the equipment will be in English. We will be responsible for providing the Buyer with a general layout plan, electrical plan, installation orientation and manuals, in English.

Arrangements for inspection, installation and testing of the equipment

a. After all of the equipment is delivered to the customer's factory, the Buyer shall be responsible for all preparation work, e.g. electricity supply, water supply, cranes and labor, etc.
b. We will prepare visa applications for their engineers, who will assist in the equipment installation and testing at the Buyer's factory.  
c. The Buyer will buy a round-trip air ticket for the engineer(s) after the visa application is approved. The Buyer is responsible for all expenses generated, e.g. visa application fees, meals, accommodation and an allowance of $80.00 per day for each engineer.
d. The engineer(s) will provide free training for the operators and maintenance people, in Buyer's factory.
e. If the Buyer does not request commissioning by our engineer(s) within four months from the date of the bill of lading, it will be accepted that all the equipment has been successfully tested and approved by the Buyer.

Quantity and quality guarantee

a. In cases of quantity discrepancies or equipment damage, at the destination, the Buyer will file a claim within 30 days after the arrival of the goods at its destination. The insurance company and the shipping company will be responsible for all discrepancies and damage caused by the shipping company or other transportation companies. 
b. Guarantee period and after-sales services: 13 months from the date of the bill of lading.
During this guarantee period, if there is a quality issue, we will provide spare parts without charge. If malfunctions are caused by the Buyer's improper operation of equipment, we will provide the Buyer with spare parts at cost prices. 
c. Long-term service:
Beyond one year, we will provide the Buyer with spare parts at reasonable prices and provide long-term technical guidance.
